While they may not be taught every day, learning advanced repertoire sets you and your clients up for success. Feel confident in how to teach and modify more advanced exercises and known when your client is ready to approach these.
Cueing and Programming

Cueing is essential to effective teaching. You will learn how to cue each and every exercise from set up, progressions and variations, to anatomy and transitions between exercises.

Whether teaching to groups or individuals, you will learn how to sequence exercises to create intelligent classes for every level. You will have an opportunity to workshop and asses these skills during the course.
-
Learn how to expertly include props in exercises and classes that allow for personalisation for your client’s needs. You will learn how to harness your own creativity in how to employ props and other equipment to enhance your teaching.
-
With each and every exercise, you will learn contraindications and adaptations for the repertoire.
