This course comprises of all the tools you will need to approach pre and post natal Pilates with confidence and clarity. Know how to screen the body, perform exercises, plan and adapt classes, prepare for birth and sustainably recover with the Pilates practice. 

While the pre and post natal body can seem challenging to approach at times, it is an essential aspect of your teaching career. It can also amount in some of the most impactful and rewarding outcomes for you and your client.

This short course was created by Victoria to fill the gaps of Pilates education for teaching the pre and post natal body, especially in a contemporary group Reformer setting. After training an array of beautiful mothers — all with incredibly different Pilates background and pregnancies  — this workshop is an amalgamation of her analyses and research from experts. Victoria continually saw both instructors and clients confused and undereducated about how to approach Pilates in and around motherhood. More often than not, Victoria found herself to be the first person delivering key anatomical information to expectant mothers. Inspired by these experiences, The Aligned Mother was born.
